I am on a journey to become healthy and lose weight. My heaviest weight was 280lbs, and after years of making excuses and being in denial I am setting out to lose 155 lbs. I recently started a pescetarian diet, and I exercise at least 5 days a week by dancing.
Current weight: 235
Total lost: 45lbs
I'm doing this for me, but others will benefit. I hope you do!
Goals:
Reached- 25 lbs - New article of clothing (jeans, sweater, shirt, shoes)
50lbs - New hair cut & make-up
75lbs - A nice new handbag (more than $50)
100 - An entire new outfit!
125 - A new camera
150 - New pictures (wedding and family)
